- Submarine Memorials, Museums, and Partial Displays
- St. Marys Submarine Museum, Inc.
(website under construction) Since 1996, St. Marys has grown to showcase all things submarine related. They have numerous display cases, models, plaques, photos, and major shipboard items on display. They house one of the largest and most complete collections of WWII war patrol reports in the country. They also have the Ben Bastura Submarine Library & Museum. Not too far from St. Marys is the USS George Bancroft (SSBN-643) sail exhibit. Stop by when you are near St. Marys, Georgia.
- Naval Undersea Museum
This museum in Washington state includes the Trieste II (DSV-1), the Deep Quest, and the sail of the USS Sturgeon (SSN-637). They also feature a simulation of the control room from the USS Greenling (SSN-614).
- US Navy Museum
The US Navy Museum has a large room exhibit dedicated just to submarines. Included in this exhibit is a model of the Turtle, several battle flags, and a re-created submarine interior space that includes two working periscopes. You can also see the USS Balao (SS-285) sail nearby.
- WWII National Submarine Memorial - East
Located in Groton, CT, the conning tower of USS Flasher (SS-249) is on display here.
- New Jersey Naval Museum
Located in Hackensack, NJ, part of the USS Halfbeak (SS-352) sail is on display here.
- USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park
Located in Honolulu, HI, the bridge structure and conning tower barrel from the USS Parche (SS-384) are on display here.
- Portsmouth Naval Shipyard
Located in Portsmouth, NH, the bridge and conning tower of the USS Sailfish (SS-192) is on display here. I believe the sail from the USS Grayling (SSN-646) is also on display here.
- Submarine Force Museum
Located in Groton, CT, the sail from the USS George Washington (SSBN-598) is on display outside.
- American Undersea Warfare Center
Located in Galveston, TX, the sail from the USS Tautog (SSN-639) is on display here.
- USS Hawkbill (SSN-666) sail
Located in Arco, ID, the sail from the USS Hawkbill (SSN-666) is on display here.
- Buffalo & Erie County Naval & Military Park
Located in Buffalo, NY, the sail from the USS Boston (SSN-703) is on display here.
- Mare Island Historic Park
Located in Vallejo, CA, the sail from the USS Mariano G. Vallejo (SSBN 658) is on display on the east side of the museum in the building ways where she was launched in 1965. A display of the Vallejo control room, created from original parts, will be completed soon.
- Patriots Point
Located in Mount Pleasant, SC, the sail from the USS Lewis & Clark (SSBN-644) is on display here.
- National Museum of the Pacific War
Located in Fredericksburg, TX, parts of the USS Pintado (SS-387) are on display in the Memorial Courtyard.
