Added 2 new boards

I've added 2 new "child" boards under the "Other Submarine Museums" board.  They are for the U-505 and the Russian B-39.  The focus of this site is primarily on US Navy sub museums across the USA, but I added those two in just so people might stumble across them and know they exist for visiting.  They are important submarine museums too.

You might want to add the Juliet484 to the list.  She is in Rhode Island and they are trying to refloat her.
