Weyers Taschenbuch Der Kriegsflooten - 1940
Loose translation of the above title is Weyers paperback of the War - quick. I found a book on EBay that was listed in Germany that seems to be a quick reference to the ships of different countries in 1940. This book pre-dates WWII but has some nice B&W photos. I'd say that it was used as a shipping recognizition reference for German shipping. Since there are commercial ads in the back of the book, it must have been used for commercial shipping and not the German military. I scanned several pages so you can get the idea of what is in this little book. It only measures 4.5" x 6.75" I did Germany, Japan and the US.
