Clamagore update
« on: June 24, 2008, 10:26:04 PM »
Just read this on the USSVI.ORG website:

6/20/2008
"Help The Clamagore - the former USS Clamagore SS343 presently berthed at Patriots Point, SC is in need of maintenance.

The 343 Association reports that a recent look reflects her underwater hull completely covered with barnacles.

The deck and superstructure has deteriorated and needs replacement.  This proud "Lady" needs your help!

Patriot Point lacks the necessary funds to handle proper repair and maintenance of the Clamagore."
