USS Batfish - On the Air
« on: August 12, 2010, 02:04:12 PM »
The USS Batfish and the Muskogee War Memorial Museum will have two amateur radio stations operating on Saturday, Aug. 14 during our VJ Day event.  The boat station will be using the call sign WW2SUB and the museum station will be using WW2OK.  The boat station will be doing only CW (Morse code) from about 9:30am - 6pm central time, during the public tours.  The museum station will be operating CW and voice modes.  Then, there will be after hours ops (all modes) from both locations.
