Cavalla Work lists and happenings
« on: March 07, 2008, 09:08:02 AM »
We have been working on the Cavalla for just about nine years and she has come a long way, but there is still work to be done.
Some of the major work on Cavalla that we are wanting to accomplish:
1. Work both scopes so they are operational
2. Paint both engine rooms
3. Start the major job of restoring the spaces under control room
4. Modify some of the remaining bunk frames so they can be used and fully outfit Cavalla with bunks

These are some of the jobs we want to get started on, and finished. In  the very near future I will post some dates that we would like to have some folks here to help and we will see how it goes.

Good luck on #1.  We would like to do the same on the Batfish.  My idea is to only have the hydraulic system run the scopes and to disconnect everything else.
