Hi. I served on five boats: a WWII diesel, a boomer, and three nuclear attack boats. I live on the North Shore of Oahu and have visited the sub museum USS Bowfin at Pearl Harbor many times.
I’ve also written two novels about subs: Sons of God, a thriller about the hijacking of an Ohio class SSBN, and Ship Captain and Crew, an adventure novel about a special operation against Iran in the 1980s that goes dreadfully wrong.
